The third piece in the Flavor Suite: A simple, stepwise melody in thirds, sustained notes under a brief eighth-note passage, all should be played with "sweet" legato, smooth as the flavor of the title. This short piece is written in B-flat major, but does not arrive on a b-flat chord until the final two bars.
